6. Legal basis

7. How to manage or withdraw consent
On your first visit a banner allows you to accept, reject or customise non-essential categories. No non-essential cookie is installed before you make your choice. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie preferences panel available on the site; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out.
8. Disabling cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent the cart and checkout from working.
9. Transfers outside the EU
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer is based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or on an adequacy decision, with appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR.
10. Your rights
You may exercise the rights under Articles 15-22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) by writing to info@luilei.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
