Use exclusively with Redken Pro-Oxide Oil Developer 10V (3%), 20V (6%), or 30V (9%). - Put on disposable gloves. Mix in a non-metallic container until uniform in texture. - Scalp applications: mix at 1:2 or 1:3 with Pro-Oxide Oil at 20 volts. - Applications off the scalp: mix at 1:1 or 1:1.5 with Pro-Oxide Oil at 20 or 30 volts. - Allow to process at room temperature for up to 50 minutes.
